1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Booxs application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Booxs is a content creation application that allows users to create interactive stories ("Booxs") using text, images, audio, and video. Users can share their Booxs publicly and participate in a community feed.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. User Content

Ownership:

• You retain ownership of all content you create using the App
• By posting content to the Community Feed or sharing Booxs publicly, you grant Booxs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make available your content within the App

Content Standards:

You agree not to create or share content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights
• Contains software viruses or any other malicious code
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Is spam, advertising, or solicitation
• Impersonates any person or entity

Zero Tolerance Policy:

Booxs maintains a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any content that violates our Content Standards will be removed immediately, and the user responsible may be permanently banned from the platform without prior warning.

Content Reporting & Blocking:

Users may report objectionable content or abusive users at any time using the reporting tools within the App. Users may also block other users, which will immediately remove the blocked user's content from their feed. Blocking is reversible at any time.

Content Moderation:

We employ automated content filtering to detect and prevent objectionable content from being posted. Additionally, all reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Upon review, objectionable content will be removed and the user who posted it will be ejected from the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Use automated means to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Booxs and protected by intellectual property laws
• The Booxs name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Booxs
• You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not responsible for any content created by users
• We do not endorse any user content or opinions expressed in the Community Feed

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booxs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
